Return Policy
All intimate products are sealed for hygiene. Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 21 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened items cannot be returned unless faulty. Defective products are replaced free of charge within the warranty period. To start a return, contact us via the support button with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
