How Buying on Zurgle Works: A Complete Guide for New Buyers

Zurgle is a marketplace where independent sellers and companies list products for you to buy outright or bid on at auction. Because every account and every listing is reviewed, the experience is a little different from an ordinary online shop. This guide walks you through the whole journey, from signing up to receiving your order.

1. Create your account

To keep the marketplace safe, browsing is only available to registered, approved members. When you sign up as a Buyer you will be asked for your name, email address, a password and your country. Your account then goes into our review queue.

New members also complete a quick age verification step. It only takes a moment and it is what allows us to keep the marketplace adults-only. Once verification succeeds and our team approves your account, you will receive an email and can sign in straight away.

2. Find what you are looking for

Use the search bar at the top of every page to search by product or brand, or open Categories to browse. The main menu also has quick links to:

• Auctions – items you can bid on.
• Buy Now – fixed-price items you can purchase immediately.
• New Arrival, Bestsellers and Ending Soon – handy shortcuts to what is new, popular or about to close.

On listing pages you can filter and sort results, and every product card shows you at a glance whether it is a fixed-price item or an auction.

3. Save items for later

Not ready to decide? Tap the heart icon to add a product to your Wishlist. Your wishlist is always available from the header and from My Account, so you can compare options before you commit.

4. Buy Now or bid

For fixed-price items, add the product to your cart or use Buy Now to go straight to checkout. For auctions, place a bid on the product page. If someone outbids you, you will be notified so you can decide whether to bid again. We cover auctions in much more detail in our Beginner’s Guide to Bidding.

5. Check out

The price you see on a listing already includes the seller’s shipping, so there are no surprises at checkout. Choose your payment method, confirm your delivery address and place your order. You will receive a confirmation email, and the order appears immediately under My Account → My Orders.

6. Track your order

My Orders groups everything you bought together, with each item shown on its own row and its own status. If your order includes items from more than one seller, each item moves at its own seller’s pace – one can be delivered while another is still being prepared.

Click any item to open its order details page. There you can see its progress, open See all updates for a full timeline, check the price breakdown, download your invoice and find delivery details.

7. Need help?

Every order details page has a Chat with Seller button, which opens a conversation about that specific order in your Messages. If something is wrong with an item after delivery, use Raise a Request within the refund window shown on the page. You can also contact our support team at any time.

A few final tips

• Read the full product description and check the seller’s store page before buying.
• Keep an eye on the bell icon in the header – it is where order, auction and account updates appear.
• Keep all communication with sellers inside Zurgle Messages, so there is a record if you ever need our help.
