Messaging on Zurgle: How to Talk to Sellers and Get Help

Every conversation on Zurgle is linked to an order, so questions get answered faster and nothing gets lost.

Messaging on Zurgle: How to Talk to Sellers and Get Help

Good communication makes for a great buying experience. Zurgle Messages is designed to keep every conversation organised, linked to the right order and easy to find later.

Starting a conversation

The easiest way to contact a seller about something you bought is from the order itself. Open the item in My Orders and click Chat with Seller, or choose Raise a request from the order’s menu. Zurgle opens a conversation with that seller about that specific order, so they immediately know what you are asking about.

If your order includes items from several sellers, you will be asked which seller you want to contact.

Finding your messages

All your conversations live under My Account → Messages, grouped by seller and then by order. The messages icon in the header shows a badge when you have unread replies, and the dropdown gives you a preview of the latest ones.

Open and closed conversations

Each conversation is either Open or Closed. A seller or our support team may close a conversation once your question has been resolved, and you will be notified when that happens. Need to follow up? Just reply – replying reopens the conversation automatically.

Email notifications

When someone replies to you, you will also receive an email with a link straight back to the conversation, so you never miss an answer.

When our team gets involved

Most questions are resolved directly between buyers and sellers. If you can’t reach an agreement, our support team can review the conversation and help. This is one of the main reasons we ask everyone to keep communication on Zurgle: it gives us the full picture when we need to step in.

Tips for a quick resolution

  • Be specific – mention what the problem is and what you would like to happen.
  • Include relevant details such as when the item arrived.
  • Stay polite and patient; sellers are often small businesses.
  • Never share passwords, payment details or verification links in messages.

Clear, friendly communication solves most problems quickly. If you ever need us, our support team is only a message away.
